Holidays with family are no joke.

Spending several days in a row with your parents, siblings, in-laws, aunts, uncles and cousins can really test your limits. 🫠 Here are the 3 things I would reverse if I was drained after a family gathering of any type.

1. STOP reacting emotionally when they make one-off comments about my life.
2. Set boundaries on the length of the trip or visit.
3. Get a daily grounding routine of 30 minutes minimum in place, like, right now.
4. BONUS — I’d figure out the ROOT stubborn block that’s causing my emotional reactions and use strategies tailored to that to change this pattern ASAP.

Want to learn more about my proven framework to reverse emotional reactivity? Dm HOLIDAY.

Happy Thanksgiving, friends!! 🦃🍁🧡 Here a Happy Thanksgiving, friends!! 🦃🍁🧡

Here are 4 things I am grateful for right now.
1) Michael & Coco. They are simply the best.
2) A spectacular fall that keeps going and going.
3) Books. Going for a new record of 52 books in 2023.
4) Abundance everywhere - I see so much abundance every day, and today it was represented by amazing food. This Thanksgiving was so chill and knocked it out of the park.

And, I have so much gratitude for ALL the extraordinary people in my life. Hope you have had an incredible day of love, laughs and your favorite pie! 🥧
Have you ever found yourself getting wound up for Have you ever found yourself getting wound up for no reason around your mom or dad, and reverting back to a much younger version of yourself?

Or compared yourself to your highly accomplished cousin, and started questioning everything you’re doing with your life?

Or let yourself get stressed out when your aunt or uncle asks you about your job and gets a quizzical look in their eye?

What if I told you that the source of all of that doubt, worry and negative self-talk is negative disempowered programming?

And that you are missing the most important element required, which is to re-wire your self-worth so you can feel total ownership of your value, your inherent worth, and who you are, especially around your family?

In this episode, Nicole shares three lessons she has learned about re-wiring self-worth around family — you are gonna want to keep this episode handy for the next few weeks!

The TOP Learnings in this episode:
- Figure out what will let you spend time with family and have it be joyful and fun
- Reprogramming self-worth to feel joy in family gatherings

- Engage in practices that ground you
- Take care of yourself to regulate your nervous system

Do you feel more anxious about meal planning this Do you feel more anxious about meal planning this week… or about copious time with family?

If it’s the latter, this is for you (and a preview of my podcast that drops tomorrow!)

Here’s are 3 ways to prepare yourself for time with family —

1. Stop outsourcing your self worth to your family’s opinion of you. They will always have their opinion. The one that matters? What you think of yourself. Work on that one before anything else.

2. Regulate your nervous system so you don’t snap at the little things. Family are great at saying exact things to push your buttons — make staying grounded and centered a priority.

3. Get clear on boundaries with yourself. This starts with having the self worth to know your preferences and needs, and setting boundaries with yourself first, then setting them with others.

Which of the above can you commit to? Drop a 1️⃣, 2️⃣ or. 3️⃣ below!

There are 2 major paths that can guide our decisio There are 2 major paths that can guide our decisions.

Logic– This is the numbers, data, facts, etc.

Intuition– This is that inner knowing and gut feeling that guides what’s best for you even when it doesn’t make logical sense.

So how do you know when to listen to which?

I’m so thrilled to be on the Cycle Advantage with Renae Fleck, talking about HOW RISK TAKING + INTUITION Shapes Your SUCCESS Story.

In this conversation, Renae and I discussed —

Tapping into intuition and what that means for you as you become a feminine leader

How intuition can help you navigate the societal pressures of what you “should be” doing and instead guide you to inner wisdom that is going to get the results you’re striving for

Why trusting intuition is the secret sauce to scaling your business
